中国食品谷.中凯智慧冷链物流园是由山东中凯兴业贸易广场有限公司总投资20亿元人民币，在潍坊市建设运营的农业产业化龙头项目,现分别被评为中国冷链物流50强、中国100强农产品综合批发市场。
项目总占地800亩,建筑面积60万平方米,建设30万吨容量冷库群、食品物流中心、东亚畜牧交易所、大型农产品(食品)交易市场等实体板块,集仓储、物流、金融、交易等多种服务功能于一身,采用智慧型冷链物流园区的运营模式,搭建具有核心竞争力的园区综合管理与服务体系,以“项目平台化、员工创客化、客户个性化”的理念,倾力打造一站式全国生鲜集配中心。
Food Valley of China Zhongkai Wisdom Cold Chain Logistics Park is a leading agriculturalindustrialization project invested and operated by Shandong Zhongkai Xingye Trading Plaza Co.,Ltd. in Weifang City with a total registered capital of 2 billion yuan. It is now rated as one of China'sTop 50 Giants in Cold Chain Logistics and one of China's top 100 Giants in Agricultural ProductsWholesale Market.
The project covers a total area of 800 mu, with a construction area of 60 million squaremeters, and constructs a cold storage cluster with 300,000 tons of capacity, a food logistics center,East Asia Livestock Products Exchange, a large agricultural products (food) trading market andother physical sectors, integrating a variety of service functions, such as warehousing, logistics,finance, and trading.
